Did Chude Jideonwo shade president Buhari?

Chude Jideonwo was one of president Buhari's frontline PR people during the 2015 elections. He even wrote an open letter saying he shed tears of joy when Buhari won the election. In this tweet, he appears to take shots at an incompetent president thinking of running for a second term.

Who could he be referring to? It will be remembered that his business partner, Debola Williams who collaborated with him during the 2015 elections threw shade at president Buhari using the tag, #LazyNigerianYouths. Read here
