Female Doctor Advises Nigerian Men To Marry Extra Wives

A female doctor based in Lagos has in a post on social media urged more Nigerian men to marry more wives if they have the means to do so.

The medical doctor who works at Federal Medical Center, Ebute Meta in Lagos identified as Hauwa Ibrahim, has been trailed with mixed reactions and criticisms online over a comment she posted on the social networking platform, Facebook.

The lady in her viral post urged Nigerian husbands to marry a second wife or an extra wife (as the case may be) if they have been loyal and have the resources to do so.

According to her, marrying more wives is better than the irresponsible act of cheating and adultery on their wives with other ladies, adding that the Islamic laws and tradition embraces her statement.

Below is what Hauwa posted on social media;

“Dear men after being a responsible Husband, try marrying a second wife if you have the means, those with two should marry three and those with three should marry four! That's a great Sunnah and it's better than an irresponsible act of chasing young girls out there.”

Meanwhile, Mr Ejindu finally tied the knot with his two lovelies, Ebere and Oyediya, over the weekend at Agbala Amangwu Amogudu in Abiriba, Aba State.
