Big Brother Naija housemate, Cee-C has been sad since her initial strategic partner Tobi was paired with Alex.
This morning she called Tobi a 'foolish boy' and blamed his new strategic partner Alex as the cause of their problems while discussing with fellow housemate, Rico Swavey.
