Vanity Fair photoshops Oprah with three hands and Reese Witherspoon with three legs

Vanity Fair magazine's 24th annual 'Hollywood' issue featured business mogul Oprah Winfrey with other A-list celebrities, Reese Witherspoon, Robert De Niro, Nicole Kidman and a bunch of other celebrities. Reese Witherspoon sat on Oprah as they all posed with renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz.

However, there were some photoshopping errors that were missed before the magazine was published, like Oprah had three hands in the photo while Reese had three legs. Fans noticed it and tweeted about it. Reese and Oprah also joined in the fun. See the photos and some tweets below:
