President Buhari presided over the Federal Executive Council FEC meeting this morning. He sworn in seven new Federal Permanent Secretaries. The swearing in took place on Tuesday at the Council Chamber in Abuja, the nation’s capital, shortly before the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting, which holds every Wednesday.
