A trailer carrying the coffins of 16 adults and 26 stillborn infants
to a cemetery, was involved in an accident this morning in South Africa.
The trailer carrying more than two dozen bodies from Charlotte Maxeke
Academic Hospital to the Olifantsvlei Cemetery in the south of
Johannesburg, lost control after one of its wheels came off. Six
forensic pathology vans were later sent to the scene to transport the
coffins to the burial site.South Africans online say that according to their country's superstitious belief, if a family doesn't guide the spirit of the deceased after death, things like these happen.
