Sister Sister actress Tia Mowry is expecting her second child with actor husband, Cory Hardict. The couple already have a son, Cree, who turned 6 this year. The 39-year-old actress has always been open about her struggle with infertility over the years. 

She was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2006 after she began to experience severe abdominal pain. The condition can cause heavy bleeding and fertility problems. 

This made her attempt to have a second child a challenge. Her doctor suggested an part of her treatment she work with a nutritionist to develop a healthier eating habits which include cutting processed foods,  sugar and refined grains out of her diet. 

Apparently it worked!  Congrats to them!
