Notorious armed robbers, cultists escape from police custody in Bayelsa

An unascertain number of notorious armed robbers and cultists have escaped from the custody of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad ( SARS ) of the Nigerian Police in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.

Eyewitnesses say the criminals fled the SARS office at about 10am this morning. Police officers are currently combing the environment in search of the fleeing criminals.
