Cross Rivers state government allegedly introduce carbon emission/pollution levy for generator owners in the state

 

According to Twitter user  @PAPITINNY, the Cross Rivers state government has introduced the carbon emission/pollution levy for owners of generators in the state. She shared copies of the letter from the state government requesting the payment of the levy. See copies of the letter below
