During a typical Edo traditional Edo wedding ceremony, 'fake
brides' are bought out by the older women of the bride's family and the
groom is asked to identify who his wife-to-be is. If he successfuly
does, she is presented to her inlaws and handed over to her husband.
The bride's wedding planner, bisolatrendybee has now confirmed that
this indeed took place contrary to speculations on social media that
Adesua didn't follow Edo customs. In a post on IG, she wrote;'The Bride and the fake bride. #BAAD2017 was fun. The Groom's family had to confirm they knew who their bride was and after it was confirmed the fake bride was fake, it was time for the real bride to dance in and she wanted to be brought in with her amazing friends. They slayed.'
