Facebook Oduenyi Paul Chibueze is seeking for information
on a mentally disabled man he spotted around his area in Niger State.
According to him, the man identified himself as Ogbonna
Onyeka from Arochukwu, Abia State. Below is what was shared on a
Facebook group;
"Pls any body who knw dis young man should contact me, he is currently running mad in my Area in Niger state, his name is Ogbonna onyeka From Arochukwu in Abia state as he said.."
