Yesterday, President Buhari addressed heads of government at the opening ceremony of the 72nd UN General Assembly. Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode described his speech as a cocktail of lies and contradiction and that the speech proved President Buhari to be the most ruthless dictator Nigeria has ever known.
