Sad! Juventus FC youngster Tommaso Cerase dies in training

 

Italian giants Juventus have been hit with a big blow following the death of youngster Tommaso Cerase, 9, who tragically lost his life in a freak accident at their training camp in New York.

Young Tommaso was said to have been crushed to death after a goal frame fell on top of him in training last Saturday. The youngster who lives in the Upper West Side of the Big Apple was participating in a training camp day for the Serie A giants.
It was also reported that the Cerase’s mother Barbara Ricardi was present at the time of the freak accident.
'Today our dearest son Tommaso passed away in an unfortunate accident at his soccer practice. He was full of life and joy. At this moment the family is asking for respect for their privacy so they can continue their process of grieving', the family said in a statement read by a close friend Andy Mai.
Concerned authorities are currently investigating the nature of death and reasons why the goal frame fell on the youngster.
