Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes finally confirm relationship five years after clause in Tom Cruise divorce "blocked her from dating publicly"

 

 

Hollywood's most top secret couple Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes finally confirmed their relationship as they packed on the PDA while at a beach in Malibu on Monday.

They had allegedly been together since 2013, about a year after her split from Tom Cruise, however, they had to keep their relationship secret because a clause in her divorce settlement allegedly barred her from dating publicly for at least 5 years. For this reason, Katie and Jamie kept their romance hidden until now. Their outing at the beach is the first time they've been seen being affectionate with each other in public.
The two have taken extraordinary measures to keep their relationship secret. Katie was seen with a ring on her finger in March 2016, but Foxx's rep said it wasn't from him. A year before that, Jamie denied they were together. Still, the relationship was no secret to most in Hollywood.
But there was no hiding their feelings for one another as they held hands and laughed together while walking along the sand in Malibu on Monday.
