Forum of Senators' Wives mourns Senator Gilbert Nnaji's wife Anne Nnenna

Forum of Senators' Wives have expressed shock over the death of Mrs. Nnaji Anne Nnenna, wife of Senator Gilbert Nnaji, representing Enugu East Senatorial District.

 

Late Mrs Nnaji died in a foreign hospital on Saturday after a long battle with an undisclosed ailment.

 

In a statement by the Senate Spokesperson, Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi; Mrs. Anne Nnaji was a gentle person and a pillar of support to her husband. She was a devoted wife, mother and a public spirited woman.

The Chair, Forum of Senators' Wives, H.E Mrs. Toyin Saraki has expressed deep sadness over the loss, adding that the Forum will miss her dearly.

"We commiserate with her husband, Senator Gilbert Nnaji (Enugu East), the entire family and the people of Enugu East Senatorial District and pray the Almighty will grant her soul eternal rest."
